Locked out of my store

I can not log into my store and the system is not sending the password reset emails. How do i file a support ticket if i can not log in.

Please locate the word Support, click it and fill out the support form on the ensuing page and submit it, and we will be happy to pick up the support ticket and provide you assistance.
